Børre Jacobsen er militærnekter og evighetstudent med trang til fysisk atspredelse i bølgene langs Jæren. Han spiller gitar og synger i Stavanger Energi.

Børre ble født i 1974. Fra han begynte å høre på farens Elvis-plater i seksårsalderen, har rock vært hans mantra. 13 år gammel hadde han levert ut nok aviser til at han kunne kjøpe seg en billig Stratocasterkopi. Gitaren ble umiddelbart demontert for å avsløre underverkets mysterier. 16 år gammel ble han gitarist i Willy Wonka. I det eksperimentelle funk- og metal-bandet fikk han spille så lange soloer han ville. Foruten Stavanger Energi, spiller Børre gitar i Rubadubs.
